Refund Policy

Overview

Tequila Financial DBA TequilaPicks.com sells finished tequila products and custom barrel-pick bottling programs through TequilaPicks.com. Because alcohol sales are heavily regulated, refund availability depends on order status and product type.

Ready-to-ship bottles

If your order has not yet shipped, contact support@tequilapicks.com as soon as possible. Once a bottle order has shipped, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds except where required by law or in cases of carrier damage or fulfillment error verified by our team.

Barrel-pick bottling programs

Barrel-pick purchases are for a complete bottling program resulting in finished, labeled bottles—not a deposit or investment. After payment, you will confirm label and bottling details. Production and shipment occur within 5–10 business days after label and bottling selections are confirmed once selections are confirmed.

Before production begins: You may request cancellation for a full refund if label and bottling selections have not yet been confirmed with our team.

After production begins: Barrel-pick orders are non-refundable because custom production has started and finished alcohol is prepared specifically for your order.

Ineligible shipping address

If we cannot ship to your state or address under applicable law, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Report damaged or incorrect shipments within 7 days of delivery to support@tequilapicks.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with you on replacement or refund as appropriate.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues directly. Chargebacks on fulfilled alcohol orders may be disputed with supporting delivery records.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
